Lagon hosts ‘Blue Blade’

Popular breeder Sonny Lagon will host the the Blue Blade 110K Big Event 7-Stag, his first big-time stagfest, at Roligon Mega Cockpit today.

Charlie “Atong” Ang and Gerry Ramos, co-founders of the Ultimate Fighting Cock Champions (UFCC) will support the event.

Backed by Thunderbird Energen and Resorts World Manila, the first of more than 90 fights starts at 1 p.m.

Leading the field is Arman Santos, this year’s UFCC Stagfighter of the Year and champion of the NCA 5-cock derby last Tuesday.

Others in field include: Joey and Buboy delos Santos, Pol Estrellado, Rey Briones, Gov. Eddiebong Plaza, Ting Coscoluella, Jun Cuello, Boy de Roca, Col. Necy Katigbak, Allan Siaco, Nelson Uy, Ben Mondragon, Rep. Peter Unabia, Muroy Dolorico and Butchoy Olano.
