Tagaytay Highlands preserved its status as the country’s top ladies golf club with another superb season stint, claiming both the Infinity WGAP Circuit and WGAP Cup championships for the third straight time.

The Highlanders fought back from a lethargic start to turn back Alabang and rule the three-stage WGAP Cup, thus capping another amazing season sweep.

They earlier clinched the WGAP Circuit title in emphatic fashion, sweeping three divisions in both the third leg at Forest Hills and the fifth leg at home at Midlands.

Finishing third with 2.0 points in the first leg (high-low format) at Canlubang, the Highlanders struck back in the second leg (greensome) at Forest Hills with 4.0 points. That cushioned the impact of their 1-point output in the final leg (best ball) at Orchard.
