Manila, Philippines—Two weeks since his scintillating victory over Timothy Bradley, boxing icon and Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao has received another blessing—the birth of his fifth child.
His wife, Sarangani Vice Gov. Jinkee Pacquiao, on Sunday gave birth to a baby boy via Caesarean section. According to reports, he will be named Israel.
