Superal settles for 6th in Thai LPGA
Princess Superal struggled a bit with her iron game and settled for a 72 to finish sixth in the Thai LPGA Championship at the Sea Pines Golf Club in Hua Hin, Thailand late Friday.
The Filipino ace, who pressed her bid with a 69 in the second round, failed to set up birdie opportunities despite solid driving, missing at least four chances inside eight feet.
Superal made just one birdie on the par-3 No. 8, negated by a missed-green bogey on No. 11.
