ICTSI Orchard tees off Wednesday
Angelo Que, who has been knocking on the doors of a big international win this year, will see action in the $60,000 ICTSI Orchard Championship as the prohibitive favorite when the Asian Development Tour event tees off tomorrow at the Palmer layout in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
After blowing a final round lead in the Solaire Open at The Country Club and faring pretty well in the Philippine Open at Wack Wack, Que is ripe for a win and is the highest-ranked Filipino in the field after other big guns decided to play in the Asian Tour instead.
Elmer Salvador, the winner at The Riviera last Saturday, along with Miguel Tabuena and Antonio Lascuña, will play in the Queen’s Cup of the Asian Tour in Thailand this week.

Cassius Casas, the former Philippine Open champion who missed last week’s cut at Riviera, is also in the fold together with young turks Michael Bibat and Albin Engino.
Englishman Peter Richardson heads the foreign challenge and is itching to hit paydirt after finishing five strokes behind the taciturn Salvador last Saturday.
