IEM dismantles FEU in three straight sets
MANILA, Philippines—Continuing their dominance in the men’s division, the Instituto Estetico Manila Phoenix Volley Masters rained down on the Far Eastern University Tamaraws 3-0, 25-20, 25-21, 25-21, during their second round matchup of the Shakey’s V-League Season 11 at the Arena in San Juan Thursday evening.
With the victory, IEM climbed atop the men’s division of the league with a 4-1 win-loss card, one win ahead of previous leaders Systema.
Tied at 10-apiece at the final set, IEM then took control holding off the pesky Tams with systematic and timely leads.

Volley Master Jason Canlas led all scorers with 13 points while teammate Jeffrey Jimenez added 11 for the first-placers.
Greg Dolor was the lone bright spot for the Tamaraws with 10 points whose team fell to a woeful 1-4 slate.
