Princess tries to be int’l queen again
The chance to repeat her victory against the world’s finest young players was the biggest prize Princess Superal earned last week in ruling the Faldo Series Asia Under-21 tourney in Dongguan, China.
Superal, who won the prestigious US Juniors championship last year over a stellar international field, beat Japanese Minami Hiruta and the rest of the crack Asian cast by three shots with a closing 70.
The 18-year-old Filipino blew a one-stroke lead overnight but regained control before fending off Hiruta with two late birdies.

The top ICTSI-The Country Club campaigner birdied No. 6 and never looked back.
It was Superal’s second straight victory abroad after running away with the Spring Junior crown in Los Angeles last month. She fell short of the title by one shot in the ICTSI Ladies Tour of the Taiwan LPGA.
