La Salle Greenhills’ dominating 88-49 win over Letran in the NCAA Season 91 juniors basketball tournament on Tuesday was forfeited by the league’s management committee upon the recommendation of commissioner Bai Cristobal.

The Greenies’ blowout victory was put to waste due to a uniform violation after three of their players in Jesmar Pedrosa, Ladis Lepalam and Alain Madrigal sported jersey numbers not allowed under league rules.

Players are only allowed to use numbers 4 to 19 and Pedrosa, Madrigal and Lepalam wore numbers 20, 28 and 27, respectively.
