Ultimate Fighting Championship boss Dana White has no doubt that women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey can beat a man. However, it won’t happen under his watch.

White told Fox Sports’ Colin Cowhered that Rousey would “rag-doll” undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a fantasy match some fans are clamouring for.

A huge believer of Rousey’s talent, this is just the latest of the praises White has given Rousey, whom he said is the face of women’s mixed martial arts.

“The fascinating thing about Ronda Rousey is there’s never been a scenario where a woman could kick a man’s ass, and now there is. She definitely can,” White said. “She could walk through this studio right now and clear this place out, me included.”

White knows the fanfare and the money the theoretical “battle of the sexes” would garner, but he thinks it should never be done.

“In society, there should never been a scenario where we’re setting up a case where a man is hitting a woman in the face,” White said.
“It should never happen.”
