Ronaldo for sale, but it’s for €1 billion

That’s the steep selling price laid down by Los Blancos president Florentino Perez amid rumors of the Portuguese striker’s possible transfer to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

“If PSG want Cristiano Ronaldo, it’s simple: They have to pay the €1 billion release clause,” he said. “No one is a prophet in football, but we don’t want to sell him in 2016. He still has three years left on his contract.”
Globo Esporte earlier reported that the French club is bidding £110 million for the services of Ronaldo, which could possibly pair him with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Edinson Cavani, Exequiel Lavezzi, and former Real Madrid teammate Angel Di Maria.
