“Masayang masaya ang samabayanang Filipino dahil yung ‘Tamang Panahon’ nakita na nila,” a smiling Austria told INQUIRER.net.

A confessed “AlDub” fan, Austria said he also left “kilig” when hit tandem Alden Richards and Maine “YayaDub” Mendoza finally got their happy ending.
“Hindi lang ako basta kinilig, sagad to the bones,” Austria said.

For his part, Austria thinks that more than the chemistry of “AlDub,” the appeal of the “Kalye Serve,” which soared to popularity in the past few month, also comes from the old-school values it tries to teach the viewers.

“Yung mga old tradition ng Filipino, talaga binubuklat nila. It’s a good thing, nawawala na kasi tayo sa kinaugalian nating maganda eh kaya natutuwa ang mga Filipino sa kanila.”

Austria even did his best version of the “Pabebe Wave” while showing off his dimples, something Aldens is known for.
