NCAA Juniors Basketball Finals: CSB-La Salle turns back Letran, faces San Beda
MANILA, Philippines—Taking matters into his own hands, spitfire Thomas Torres exploded with 35 points to lead CSB-La Salle Greenhills to a 101-91 win over No.2 Letran and clinch the last finals berth Wednesday in the NCAA juniors’ basketball tournament at The Arena in San Juan.
The Greenies will face three-peat seeking San Beda, which swept the elimination round, in the finals on Monday.
Torres went four-of-six from three and grabbed seven rebounds on top of two steals and a block in 32 quality minutes.

Forward Luib Mcjour paced the Squires with 22 points and 11 assists.
Letran out-rebounded CSB, 55-41, 27 of which coming on the offensive, but failed to capitalize with just 11 second chance points.
