Floyd rematch possible if Manny KOs Jessie
LAS VEGAS—The better Manny Pacquiao wins, the bigger his chances of forging a rematch with Floyd Mayweather Jr. gets.
Informed by the media that Mayweather, who retired as unbeaten champion (49-0) last year, is sparring in his own gym, Freddie Roach welcomed the development.

“It means he (Mayweather) may be a little bit bored and may want to come back also,” Roach said.
Pacquiao also briefly retired from boxing, after beating Tim Bradley Jr. in the last part of their trilogy last April 12.

Roach added that Pacquiao’s current form, which prompted him to finally predict a stoppage between the fourth and fifth rounds, will be enough to topple Mayweather.
“I’m sure Mayweather’s gonna be watching [the Pacquiao-Vargas fight]. Because he’s back at the gym now, that [rematch with Pacquiao] is definitely possible,” Roach said.
Pacquiao, of course, needs to prove his worth against Vargas first. A win won’t be enough bait for Mayweather. Pacquiao needs a knockout. —Brought to you by: Café Puro
