Adamson can breathe a sigh of relief, at least for now, after initial tests revealed no fracture on the ankle of star spiker Jema Galanza after a brutal injury Monday night in the Premier Volleyball League.
As per Virtual Playground, a sports management agency which handles Galanza, X-ray and CT scan results were negative.

Lady Falcons coach Airess Padda feared Galanza may have broken her right ankle after landing on her teammate’s foot following a block attempt early in the third set of their game against the College of St. Benilde Lady Blazers.
Article continues after this advertisementGalanza grimaced in pain and had to be stretchered off and rushed to a nearby hospital.
Adamson still went on to win in three sets and book a semifinals berth minus Galanza, who could miss the remainder of the tournament.
The 20-year-old hitter is entering her final playing year in the UAAP.
