Jimwell Gican is still the team’s head coach, but the position has long been in dispute with Nosa Omorogbe also calling the shots for a handful of games last season.

Another source who corroborated the report said that Lim is also trying to bring in a pair of assistant coaches.

The Altas amassed a 4-14 record this past NCAA Season 93, with Prince Eze carrying much of the load in their campaign together with seniors Gab Dagangon, GJ Ylagan, and Keith Pido.

Perpetual is set to begin its buildup for NCAA Season 94 early as it participates in the 2018 PBA D-League Aspirants’ Cup in January.

Lim last called the shots for Ginebra in the PBA in 2015 after a largely successful run in San Beda, where he won four titles from 2007 to 2011. He also briefly coached Stadium Jakarta in the NBL Indonesia.
