San Beda downed San Sebastian, 74-72, after Jade Talampas registered 21 points and eight rebounds for the Red Cubs.
Mapua beat Durham Crossover Canada, 78-70, with Dan Archers uncorking 21 points to set up a date against Chiang Kai Shek, which edged Letran, 78-72.
