Just like the Philippine-themed LeBron 14 released by Nike in May of last year, the Soldier 12 ‘Agimat’ has unique symbolisms. The MNL and 330 on the the shoe stand for Manila and James’ hometown of Akron, Ohio. The flame represents the Philippines being in the Ring of Fire for its many volcanoes and James’ burning passion. The four stars are a reminder of The King’s four MVP awards while the steep mountain is a nod to the country’s terrain as well as James’ relentless climb to be the best to ever play.
The LeBron Soldier 12 features a laceless design with a simplified strap, lower collar, and circular knit upper that also resembles the Filipino toughness.
