Nationals whip Cocolife

The Philippine Team clobbered Cocolife, 25-13, 25-17, 25-11, Saturday in their debut in the Philippine Superliga Invitational Conference at FilOil Flying V Centre.

National coach Shaq delos Santos said they are hoping to improve their game as they face the super teams in the league, which has accommodated them as a guest squad.

The Nationals take on league-leader Cignal HD on Tuesday.

Sisters Jaja Santiago and Dindin Manabat led the Philippines with 17 and 12 points, respectively.
