“We lost many games to begin the season but giving up is not a option for me and I will do my best to help us win.”

Garcia did just that against the Chiefs, firing 25 points, 17 coming in the first half where the Generals built a 48-30 halftime lead.

He also collected six rebounds and five assists as EAC improved to 4-11, just half a game behind Arellano and San Sebastian, who are currently tied for sixth place.

“We already won two straight but I’m sure every practice we’re going to give more than 100 percent because we want to keep winning,” Garcia said. “Our confidence is really high right now.”
