Sletba Open Championships rolls off

The 22nd Sta. Lucia East Tenpin Bowling Association (Sletba) Open Championships rolled off Saturday at Sta. Lucia East Bowling Center in Cainta, Rizal.
The annual event, which is sanctioned by the Philippine Bowling Federation, is expected to draw participation of players from various associations in Metro Manila and from the national training pool.
The participants will vie for cash prizes in six categories—open masters, classified, seniors, ladies, youth masters, and youth 15 and under.
Sletba president Engr. Mar Lualhati exhorted the participants, especially the youth, to work hard in improving their skills and to continue instilling passion and commitment to the sports.
