First semis seat within Eagles’ reach

Resurgent Ateneo shoots for a Final Four berth against National U, while La Salle battles a sputtering Far Eastern U side on Saturday in UAAP Season 81 at Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The defending champion Eagles are targeting a fourth straight victory in the 2 p.m. clash with the Bulldogs, who are trying to stay in the hunt for a postseason spot.

The Archers-Tamaraws tussle is set at 4 p.m. with the winner gaining an inside track in the Final Four race.

At 5-4, La Salle can gain separation from FEU and the University of the Philippines, both with 5-5 cards.
