Malacañang has given the marching orders for all government agencies with roles to play in the 30th Southeast Asian Games to give all-out support to ensure the country’s successful hosting of the biennial regional showcase.

Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea recently signed Memorandum Circular No. 56 from the Office of the President, directing all government offices to extend their support for the Philippine Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee (Phisgoc).

The 2019 edition of the SEA Games is scheduled Nov. 30-Dec. 11 with the Phisgoc on top of the preparations along with the Philippine Olympic Committee and the Philippine Sports Commission, the government arm in sports.
