UAAP men’s volleyball: Ateneo eliminates UST from Final 4 race, Adamson dumps UE
MANILA, Philippines—Ateneo officially eliminated University of Santo Tomas from the Final Four race with a three-seat beating, 25-22, 25-17, 25-19, in the UAAP Season 91 men’s volleyball tournament Wednesday at Filoil Flying V Center.
The Blue Eagles improved to an 8-4 record as did Adamson University, which earlier swept University of the East, with the two teams now bundled up in the third and fourth spots of the standings.

Chumason Njigha had 15 points for Ateneo while Antony Koyfman added 13.
The Tiger Spikers dropped to a 4-8 record and were eliminated from the semifinal contention with two games left in their schedule.

The Red Warriors, meanwhile, dropped to 2-10.
