NCAA: San Beda dominates San Sebastian to stay unscathed at 4-0

MANILA, Philippines–San Beda overpowered San Sebastian in the paint to prevail, 73-59, and chalk up a fourth straight win in the NCAA Season 95 men’s basketball tournament.

Evan Nelle came up with 14 points and 10 rebounds as well as Calvin Oftana, whose double-double performance of 10 points and 10 rebounds created more impact along with his seven assists.

The Stags faltered for the second straight time in four games with Allyn Bulanadi firing 15 points.

FEATURED STORIES

RK Ilagan was smothered in 23 minutes of action and ended up with three points after missing all but one of his eight attempts from the trifecta territory.

The defending champion Lions collared 49 rebounds, 22 of them on offensive glass while the Stags had 33 boards.
