Talk ’N Text bounces back, routs B-Meg to tie Finals series at 2-2
MANILA, Philippines—Jared Dillinger and Larry Fonacier had 18 points apiece to lead Talk ‘N Text to a 100-85 drubbing of B-Meg Sunday night and tie their PBA Commissioner’s Cup title series at 2-2 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Beyond the intangibles, Dillinger also played a key role at the defensive end as he limited explosive scorer PJ Simon to just five points.
Fonacier, on the other hand, hit timely triples to keep the Llamados at bay.

Denzel Bowles, named the Best Import of the conference, played a sub-par game with 17 points and nine rebounds while Donnell Harvey came alive in the second half where Talk ‘N Text sustained its momentum.
Harvey finished with 14 points and 15 rebounds, 10 of which were offensive boards.

Meanwhile, Barangay Ginebra’s Mark Caguioa was awarded as the Best Player of the Conference beating out Powerade’s Gary David, Alaska’s dynamic duo of Cyrus Baguio and LA Tenorio and Petron’s new addition Marcio Lassiter.
