Bros win in Asian virtual taekwondo tilt

MANILA, Philippines — A couple of Filipino brothers collected hardware in the 2021 Smart/MVP Sports Foundation Asian Online Open Taekwondo recently.

Jose Raphael Daleon won gold in the senior male flyweight division defeating South Korea’s Lee Jang Hoe, who took the silver, and bronze medalists Shin Jin Sub and Cho In Seon.

His brother Paul Jacob settled for the bronze medals in the junior male finweight and junior divisions.

Justine Mhark Preza and Eljay Marco Vista, who are both from the Philippines, won the gold medals in Paul Jacob’s competitions.
