CHIANG Kai Shek College Alumni struck hot in the second half to nip Xavier School, 70-68, and rule  the 15th Chiang San Ching Memorial Cup of Kiao Ching Athletic Association (KCAA) held recently at the SGS Stadium in Quezon City.

With John Kevin Baytan at the helm, the Blue Dragons crawled their way into the contest before taking full control in the payoff period to the delight of the school’s alumni, led by its president Albert Lee, Edward Tio, Vencent Ong and Joel Yap.

Baytan started CKSC’s rally from 14 points down by scattering seven of his game-high 16 points in the third period before Ralph Lim and Paul Aduana joined the fray to subdue the Golden Stallions in the tournament for under-22-years-old.

The tournament was organized by former Kiao Ching players and officers in partnership with Head Start Academy in memory of KCAA founder Chiang San Ching.
