Ray Parks sparks Nagoya in Japan B.League opener
MANILA, Philippines — Bobby Ray Parks Jr. made an impressive 2022-23 Japan B.League season debut as the Nagoya Diamond Dolphins trounced SeaHorses Mikawa, 101-86, on Thursday at Dolphins Arena.
The 29-year-old guard opened his second B.League season by providing the spark off the bench with 14 points from 4-of-6 three-point shooting to go with four assists, one rebound, and a steal.

Coty Clarke led the Dolphins with 24 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists, while Maurice Ndour put up 16 points, three boards, three dimes, three steals, and two blocks.
Mikawa leaned on Anthony Lawrence II, who had 19 points, five rebounds, and three assists in a losing effort.

The former National University star is bringing his experience from playing with NBA player Jordan Clarkson in the fourth window of the Fiba World Cup 2023 Asian Qualifiers last August.
Meanwhile, Roosevelt Adams makes his B.League division 2 debut on Friday with the Kagawa Five Arrows battling the Ehime Orange Vikings.
