MANILA, Philippines—Jose Rizal University upped its winning streak to five after stunning Lyceum, 63-57, in the NCAA Season 98 men’s basketball tournament at San Juan Arena on Friday.

The Heavy Bombers snapped the Pirates’ five-game winning streak, thanks in big part to their end-game breakaway rally.
