Kings battle hot Texters; Tigers duel with Bolts
BARANGAY Ginebra coach Siot Tanquingcen knows that, in order for his Gin Kings to nail down a semifinal berth, they would have to do what they have so far never done in the PBA Governors’ Cup.
“The more you think about it, the more you get in trouble,” Tanquingcen said after winning Friday night when reminded that he and his Kings would need to win back-to-back games for the first time for a hitch-free ride to the playoffs.
It wouldn’t have been much of a problem for any team, unless one would be facing a powerhouse Talk ‘N Text side that has a winning streak going.

Ginebra came back from 17 points down in the first half two nights ago to rip Alaska, 90-81, and will come into today’s crucial match with Talk ‘N Text seeking not only its first winning streak of the conference, but the third semifinal berth.
“I think we just need to have a flow (offensively),” Ginebra star Mark Caguioa said.
