MANILA, Philippines—After two years with Blackwater, Troy Rosario is officially walking away after reaching the end of his contract with the Bossing.

Rosario took to Instagram on Thursday to express his gratitude to the team that sheltered him after his stint with TNT.

“From the very beginning, you all welcomed me with open arms during one of the toughest times in my life, and for that, I will forever be thankful,” wrote Rosario.

Rosario was shipped to Blackwater back in 2022 in a three-team trade that somehow changed the complexion of the league.

Rosario was traded to Blackwater alongside Gab Banal for Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser while NLEX gave up Calvin Oftana and Raul Soyud to the Tropang Giga.

Since then, Rosario has become one of the anchors of the squad that has yet to find its footing.
