Rexona Run fires off at SM MOA Sunday

MANILA, Philippines—With cash prizes and home appliances at stake, running enthusiasts are expected to outdo themselves at the Rexona Run Sunday at SM Mall of Asia grounds.

The podium finishers in the 21K individual and relay races as well as the 5K run will win cash prizes and medals. Television sets, other home appliances and mobile phones will be raffled off.

The top 3 finishers in the 21K Solo will take home P7,000, P5,500, and P4,000, respectively, while P5,000, P4,000, and P3,000 await the best three in the 21K Relay. The 5K race will reward the top 3 P4,000, P3,000 and P2,000.

The event challenges runners to beat the recommended time for each distance. Runners in the 5K race must cross the finish line on or before 6:20 a.m. or 30 minutes from gunstart, while 21K participants must finish on or before 7 a.m. or 2 hours after gunstart.
