SCHEDULE: PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup Finals
MANILA, Philippines–For the second straight season, rivals San Miguel Beermen and TNT Tropang 5G meet in the PBA Philippine Cup Finals.
The defending champion and top-seeded Beermen returned to the championship round after knocking off the Barangay Ginebra Gin Kings in six semifinal games, while the Tropang 5G booted out the Meralco Bolts in five.
San Miguel entered the all-Filipino finale for the fourth consecutive season, while TNT reached a PBA title series for the fourth straight conference. The Beermen are gunning for their eighth Philippine Cup crown in 11 seasons.
