National U scores 4th win in UAAP men’s volleyball

MANILA, Philippines — National University remained unscathed in the 75th UAAP men’s volleyball division with a hard-fought 25-22, 30-28, 25-19 win over La Salle Sunday at the Arena in San Juan.

Reuben Inaudito and Peter Torres drew all of their points from hits, as they, along with Reyson Fuentes, finished with 11 markers apiece for the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, Adamson needed four sets to ward off University of the East 25-21, 22-25, 25-20, 25-20 for their second victory.

Ron Jay Galang exploded with season-best 29 points — including the match-clinching point — to carry the Falcons, who lost the second set before wrapping it up.
