MELBOURNE—Britain’s Andy Murray outclassed Dutchman Robin Haase in straight sets to advance to the second round of the Australian Open on Tuesday.
The third seed, playing his first Grand Slam match since winning the US Open, won 6-3, 6-1, 6-3 in 1hr 37min on Rod Laver Arena.
