Filipinas Anna Clarice Patrimonio and Tamitha Nguyen slipped into the quarterfinals after scoring impressive victories against their respective rivals Tuesday in the Vietnam International Junior Championships/Becamex Cup in Binh Duong.   Second seed Patrimonio forged a 6-1, 7-5 victory over Thai May Wanvisathurakitseree, even as third seed Nguyen downed Vietnamese Nguyen Ngoc Minh, 6-3, 6-1, to breeze through the next round.   The 17-year-old Patrimonio, ranked 252nd in the world juniors, arranged a quarters encounter against Vietnamese Thu Thanh Binh Phan, who eliminated Thai Yada Vasupongchai, 7-5, 6-3.   The daughter of PBA four-time MVP Alvin Patrimonio is looking for her second straight title after winning the Hong Kong Open juniors last Oct 9.   Nguyen, daughter of former national team player Edna Olivarez, will take on Thailand’s Warissara Prajoubphansri in the next round of the tournament.
