Pasay ‘Big Event’ derby today

Top cockfighting aficionados converge at Pasay City Cockpit today as the Cobra Big Event 8-Cock Derby” gets underway with the 3-cock elimination featuring more than 75 fights.

Qualifiers will advance to the 5-cock finals on April 29.

Recent winners in three previous Super Big Fights 7-Cock Derby are also competing: FFG Archers, JR Tolentino and Charlie Gayoso (Feb. 1 ), Art Atayde (March 7 ) and Rep. Patrick Antonio, LB Candelaria and Barry Crisostomo (April 12).

The 8-cock derby is exclusively supported by Sagupaan Complexor 300.

Up next at PCC is the Bob and Jay 5-Cock Derby on May 3 with at least 40 entries.
