NCA champions face off Tuesday

COCKFIGHTING aficionados Arman and Manny Santos and the Teves group have invited fellow champion cockfighters for Tuesday’s National Cockers Alliance (NCA) derby at Ynares Sports Arena.

Among the prominent entries in the Sagupaan Complexor-backed derby are those of Rep. Patrick Antonio, Atong Ang, Efren Canlas, Jun Mendoza and the Firefly Group.

Vic Yap and Pipo Soliman’s  “R.U. Sta. Cruz PS Hot City” topped the recent NCA derby, together with Epifanio Revilla and Jay Maglunop’s “Triple J Farm” with five points.

Ernie Austria’s “Firefly 13 Sagupaan,” MPV’s “Karambola,” Rene Medina’s “Lucky Money,” and Henry Tan’s “Dynasty” placed second.

Leading the group of  third placers were “Pugad Adventure Senor” of Gen. Martin and his partner Barry Crisostomo.
