Crack Filipino cast faces tough international field in PH Am Open Golf

Nearly 120 players brace for a spirited battle for top honors in the Philippine Amateur Open Golf Championship on Jan. 4 at Riviera Golf Club’s Couples Course in Cavite.

Club bet Tom Kim of Korea banners the field that include top players from Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Canada and the US.

Paolo Wong and Don Petil hope to sustain the momentum of their five-shot romp in the National Doubles but will do it individually this time with ex-champion Rupert Zaragosa also tipped to contend for the crown

Harmie Constantino, Lois Go, Clare Legaspi, Sofia Legaspi, and Junia Gabasa are also entered.
