The Cesafi champion will be seeded to the FilOil Flying V ?Sweet 16? Final Challenge while the runner-up will have to go through the Zone 3 qualifying together with the champion teams of Region 4, 5 and 6, the NCAA third placer and a wildcard entry.
The Cesafi third placer advances to the Zone 4 qualifying along with the winners of Regions 7, 8 and 9, the UAAP third placer and a wild card entry.
