WORLD MASTERS DARTS qualifier Lourence Ilagan and former national champion Arnie Ticman blasted their respective foes to top the recent P5-million Manny Pacquiao International Darts Classic at the Lagao gym in Gen. Santos City.

Ilagan, who made it to the recent Winmau World Masters semifinals in Britain, outplayed Cagayan de Oro?s Junjun Baya-wan, 8-1, to pick up P700,000.

Earlier, Ilagan booted out Andy Villamor, 7-2, in the semifinals. Defending champion Tengku Hadzili Shah of Malaysia bowed to Villamor in the earlier rounds.

The 43-year-old Ticman, who reigned in the 1990s, routed reigning champion Analiza Awitan, 4-1, in the women?s final and won P50,000.

Bayawan settled for P320,000 and Awitan P25,000.

The four-day tournament was organized by the National Darts Federation of the Philippines and supported by Fundador, Robson Sportscraft, Chris Sports and GenSan Mayor Pedro Acharon.

Other winners: Jun Espinola and Bayawan (fixed doubles); Jaypee de Guzman and Gilbert de Arca (classified draw doubles); Pabling Cadungcog, Robles Bayao and Nards Navarra (classified draw triples); Espinola, Andy and Arts Quijano and Bayawan (fixed 4-person); Noel Malicdem, Allan Samson, Sante Coleto and Apple Satorre (4-person classified team); Alex Neri (non-class seniors)
