Rockets’ Dwight Howard puts Florida mansion on sale
MANILA, Philippines—Former Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard put his lavish Florida mansion on the market Tuesday.
According to Bleacher Report, Dwight Howard, the current starting center for the Houston Rockets, paid $7.78 million for the house which was built in 2008.
Article continues after this advertisementThe current price of the house, according to Realtor, is at $4.9 million which means Howard, who spent a year with the Los Angeles Lakers before moving to the Rockets, would incur $2,280,000 in losses.
According to Realtor, the 11,025 square-foot mansion has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a three-car garage, a gated entrance, game room, movie theatre, bar, wine cellar, billiards table, fountain and a swimming pool.
The mansion sits on a 7.12-acre lot which would put the price of a single square-foot at $444.
