NLEX shoots for No. 7 vs Jumbo five

MANILA, Philippines — Back at full-strength, NLEX puts its unbeaten streak on the line against a rejuvenated Jumbo Plastic squad Thursday in the PBA D-League Foundation Cup at Ynares Sports Center in Pasig.

Toting a 6-0 slate, the Road Warriors try to move closer to an outright semifinal berth with a victory in the 2 p.m. duel with the Giants who have won four of their first five games.

Big Chill takes on Café France at 12 noon while Cebuana Lhuillier battles Boracay Rum at 4 p.m.

Armed with 3-2 records, the Superchargers and the Bakers hope to snap a three-game skid to stay in contention for a playoff spot.
