Caguioa goes on Twitter rant

MANILA, Philippines — Barangay Ginebra’s quarterfinal exit in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup Tuesday night became the target of a Twitter rant from main man Mark Caguioa.

Caguioa, a former MVP, posted several comments on his official account (@officialMC47) yesterday morning to air his frustrations over their early exit, practically calling his teammates “gutless.”

“Dati rati kinakatakutan itong team nato at iniilagan pero ngayon lahat ng team gusto kami kalaban ksi mga tamad and sobrang lalambot,” said the 2011 MVP in his first tweet at around 6:20 yesterday morning.

“Kilala ba nila si Coach Sonny? Noli Locsin? Pido? Bal david? Rudy Distrito? Itong mga player nato makikipag palitan talaga ng mukha,” he added.

He also took a stab at coaching staff, it seemed, after saying: “wala ng ganitong players ngayon, kung meron man hindi pinapalaro dahil nga parang nagpopromote lang kami ng players ngayon.” Musong R. Castillo
