There’s no more room for failure now that the Philippine Olympic Committee and the Philippine Sports Commission have joined hands to boost the cause of RP sports.
POC chair Monico Puentevella yesterday said the renewed partnership of the Olympic body and the sports-funding agency must translate into success and should produce more medals in international meets.
“This is the moment,” said Puentevella. “No more fighting so there’s no more reason for us not to succeed anymore. Should we fail, nobody will be held accountable except us sports leaders.”
