MANILA, Philippines — Actor Daniel Padilla may suit up in the 2014 PBA D-League which opens this October.
School-based AMA Titans selected Padilla as the final pick in the PBA D-League.
Article continues after this advertisementTournament director Eric Castro said Padilla is eligible to play in the fifth season of the D-League because he’s enrolled in AMA.

“Yes it’s legit. He’s eligible to play because he is a student of the school,” Castro confirmed.
AMA University is among the five new teams in the league.
