GIFU, Japan—Juvic Pagunsan closed with his second strongest round of 4-under-par 68 but still finished tied for 21st place in the face of torrid scoring in the Toshin Golf Tournament won by South Korea’s Hur In-hoi with a whopping 28-under total of 260 Sunday. With earlier rounds of 65-71-69, Pagunsan finished at 273 for 72 holes, 13 shots off Hur, who won by four strokes over compatriot Kim Seung-hyuk.               The Filipino Asian Tour Order of Merit winner in 2011, ranked No. 17 in the Japan Tour money list, boosted his earnings by picking up about $9,838 (about P440,695).        Pagunsan is set to compete in the rich Japan Open next week.
