80 fights in UFCC seventh leg Monday
At least 80 matches sizzle starting at 3 p.m. today as the Red Group members of the Ultimate Fighting Cock Championships (UFCC) collide in the seventh leg of the derby series at Pasay City Cockpit.
The entries “Diego Ika” of Eric dela Rosa and “Spartans Grego” of Rey Briones try to protect their lofty placings for the UFCC Red Stag Fighter of the Year title.
The stagwars, held in cooperation with Thunderbird Platinum, Thunderbird Bexan XP, Resorts World-Manila, and Solaire Resorts & Casino, end on Dec. 18, also at PCC.
Meanwhile, Gov. Eddie Bong Plaza bagged the UFCC Blue Stag Fighter of the Year title following a come-from-behind win by his entry “EP Roosterville” which finished the eight-leg series with 29 points.
