Superal tops Thailand tilt
Princess Superal capped a two-under-par 70 with a pressure-packed 15-foot birdie on the last hole to edge Japanese Furuya Shoka by one shot and rule the True Visions Junior Golf Championship at Siam Country Club’s Plantation course in Thailand last weekend.
Superal, who dropped to a share of the lead with the Japanese with a pair of 72s in the middle rounds, totaled 283.
It was Superal’s third victory of the year after a pair of big triumphs in Spring Junior in California and the Faldo Asia Series in China.
