Gems, Bakers try to keep top PBA D-League posts
Off to their best start since joining the PBA D-League in 2010, the Cebuana Lhuillier Gems are not about to take their foot off the pedal.
The Gems seek a sixth straight win when they clash with the AMA University Titans at 1 p.m. today in the PBA D-League Foundation Cup at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.
“Every time you have that kind of run you tend to relax so I keep reminding the players that this is just a short tournament so we have to win as many games as we can,” Gems coach Boycie Zamar said.

Holding a 3-1 slate, the Bakers return to action after their 86-77 victory against MP Hotel last April 16.
